TERMS AND CONDITIONS. By using Transactions Made Simple, LLC, also known as TMS, LLC and Archiving Solutions, Inc, I agree to the pricing, payment policy and services provided by Transactions Made Simple, LLC , and to hold harmless Transactions Made Simple, LLC and Archiving Solutions Inc.,for any errors and/or ommissions and agree to not hold Transactions Made Simple, LLC or  Archiving Solutions, Inc., liable for any payment on any inspections or appraisal that we order on your behalf for your closing file. I also agree with all the Terms and Conditions which are located at the bottom of CLOSING login page before you login. Just click on "Terms and Conditions" I also give TMS, LLC and Archiving Solutions INC. permission to use any email or verbage from me for thier testimonial page, and permission for TMS,LLC and Archiving Solutions INC to contact all parties involved in the transaction during and after the fact of the transaction process.

TMS, LLC or  Archiving Solutions, Inc., cannot be held responsible for any file that may have been mistakenly deleted from the system.

INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Transactions Made Simple, LLC, and Archiving Solutions INC, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, partners, employees, agent and suppliers, harmless from any claim, loss, liability, expense or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use or misuse of Transactions Made Simple, LLC, and Archiving Solutions INC by your violation of the Terms and Conditions of Use, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party. TMS, LLC and / or Archiving Made Simple reserves the right to stop working on any file at any time and returing such file to you without any charge and by using our services if such file is returned to you, you agree to hold harmless TMS, LLC and / or Archiving Made Simple and not bring any legal or non legal actions against TMS, LLC and / or Archiving Made Simple. TMS, LLC and / or Arching Made Simple works on your behalf and you are sole responsible for your file.

Any type of communication with us requesting the use of our service means that you have read and agree with all of the above and the terms and conditions listed above. Any of the terms and conditions, policies, etc...as set forth by TMS, LLC and Archiving Solutions INC or it's affiliates may change at any time without notice. By typing in your name you are agreeing to use our services and agree and have read our payment policy  and with the Terms and Conditions listed in our Sure Close program and on our web site and agree to not hold TMS, LLC or  Archiving Solutions, Inc. liable for payment on any inspections that we order on your behalf and hold harmless TMS, LLC and Archiving Solutions, Inc. for any errors and/or ommissions. It is our policy that any payment due that is over 10 days past due from the  closing date that file actually closed and funded may subject all files under that login to be deleted without furher notice. Any payment overdue may also be subjected to further collection activities. All invoices are sent to you from our PayPal account. If you choose to pay through PayPal, an administration charge of $6.00 will be added to each transaction and will be reflected on your invoice. Or you can choose to mail us a check within ten days from the receipt of our invoice for the regular amount without the $6.00 administration charge.
