CLOSINGS PRICING BELOW:
Payment policy: It is our policy that any payment
due that is over 10 days past due from the closing date that the file actually closed and funded may subject all
files under that login to be deleted without furher notice. All invoices are sent to you from our PayPal
account. If you choose to pay through PayPal, an administration charge of $6.00 will be added to each transaction and
will be reflected on your invoice. Or you can choose to mail us a check wihin 10 days of invoice receipt for the regular amount
without the administration charge.
Seller and buyers side: $200.00 (or $206.00
if you use PayPal) per file if you are representing the seller and buyers side with up to 60 faxed in pages.
Plus you get one CD-ROM of the transaction for each of your clients.
Buyers side only would be: $200.00
(or $206.00 if you use PayPal) per file with up to 60 faxed in pages and one CD-ROM of the transaction for your client.
Sellers side only would be: $85.00 (or $91.00 if you use PayPal) with up to 60 faxed
in pages and one CD-ROM of the transaction for your client.
Each closed file also receives 7 years data
strorage online accessible by you and your client
We can put as many pages and documents you want to send us
on a file. Fax to us or email to us.
If your file is over 60 faxed in pages, an additional charge of .10cent per
page will apply. (most files are well below 60 pages) This charge applies even if the file does not close. If you email
the documents to us, this charge does not apply. Only to in-coming faxes over 60 pages per file will it apply to.

charge for faxes outside of the United States.
IF IT DOES NOT CLOSE, YOU DO NOT PAY. However,
If you would like to keep your cancelled contract and emails on line, then a one time $20.00 fee would apply. We will archive
it. CD-ROM not included. Your file will be kept online for 7 years also viewable and printable by you.
