Sellers side only would be: $85.00 (or $91.00 if you use PayPal) with up to 60 faxed in  pages and one CD-ROM of the transaction for your client. Each closed file also receives 7 years data strorage online accessible by you and your client We can put as many pages and documents you want to send us on a file. Fax to us or email to us.  If your file is over 60 faxed in pages, an additional charge of .10cent per page will apply. (most files are well below 60 pages)  This charge applies even if the file does not close. If you email the documents to us, this charge does not apply. Only to in-coming faxes over 60 pages per file will it apply to. Additional charge for faxes outside of the United States.  IF IT DOES NOT CLOSE, YOU DO NOT PAY. However, If you would like to keep your cancelled contract and emails on line, then a one time $20.00 fee would apply.
