By using Transactions Made Simple, LLC a part of EcoClosings, Inc,  I agree to the pricing, payment policy and services provided by Transactions Made Simple, LLC , and to hold harmless Transactions Made Simple, LLC and EcoClosings Inc.,for any errors and/or ommissions and agree to not hold Transactions Made Simple, LLC or EcoClosings, Inc., liable for any payment on any inspections or appraisal that we order on your behalf for your closing file. I also agree with the Sure Close Terms and Conditions which are located at the bottom of  CLOSING login page before you login. Just click on "Terms and Conditions"

TMS, LLC or EcoClosings, Inc., or Sure Close cannot be held responsible for any file that may have been mistakenly deleted from the system.

INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Transactions Made Simple, LLC, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, partners, employees, agent and suppliers, harmless from any claim, loss, liability, expense or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use or misuse of Transactions Made Simple, LLC, your violation of the Terms and Conditions of Use, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Any type of communication with us requesting the use of our service means that you have read and agree with all of the above and the terms and conditions listed above. Any of the terms and conditions, policies, etc...as set forth by TMS, LLC or it's affiliates may change at any time without notice. Please read this every time you login.
